So we got in our garden and it is doing awesome. We didn't think that we would do a garden here in South Carolina but we decided to give it a whirl and it is doing great. The wonderful thing about a garden is that you are growing your own veggies and you know exactly what goes in to them. It is also great to see something start out so small and grow into a beautiful giving plant! Yes I love gardening nothing feels better than to go out and hoe the garden. If you haven't already planted get out their and do it.

Gotta say I'm lovin' your salad idea and been eating it a lot. I've been eating it with light raspberry vinegarette and yesterday added strawberries to it too, and mozzarella cheese is what I had on hand. SOOOO good! Thanks for the idea.
